Adam Dickinson is the founder of Agentic Pathways, bringing senior commercial and operational leadership experience from SME and industrial business environments across the UK and Europe. Having led portfolios of manufacturing and distribution businesses at board level, Adam combines practical business understanding with hands-on capability in deploying AI agents, workflow automation via Microsoft Copilot Studio.
His approach is grounded in helping businesses identify where practical AI and workflow improvements can genuinely support growth, improve visibility and reduce operational friction. Rather than promoting technology for the sake of it, Adam focuses on material business outcomes, capability building and solutions that teams can confidently adopt and sustain long term.
